csa: week 5.

it's week 5, and we've totally got this down now. it only took us 5 weeks to get a routine down. but whatever. we're here now! and it helps when the share doesn't include more labor intensive veggies like collards (like), beets (like more), or kale (love!).
the bounty: carrots, basil, flat-leaf parsley, cucumbers (LOTS), zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, lettuce, green beans, sweet onions, garlic, & potatoes.

tonight's dinner: potato hash with onions & basil with a delicious salad.

please tell us your favorite cucumber recipe! we've got some vodka infusing with cukes {full thanks to shutterbean for my latest infusion kick!}. and martha has a few cucumber drink & chilled soup recipes, but anyone got anything else?! if left to our own devices, we'll be doing this all day....
